Delete your Desk Dojo account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us.

In the app

  1. Open Desk Dojo and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account."
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm the request and delete the account.

What gets deleted

Your account and personal data

Your email, display name, learning progress, achievements, drill statistics, and subscription records are permanently deleted from our database immediately. Data stored on the device you delete from, including interview practice data, is cleared as well. Any other device you were signed in on keeps its copy until you delete the App there.

Data held by our service providers

Error tracking and analytics data tied to your anonymous user ID ages out under those providers' retention periods, and subscription records may be kept by RevenueCat as required for App Store and Google Play transaction compliance. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy lists each provider and its period.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings so you are not billed again.
